Volunteer and Community Outreach Coorindator

Full Time, Calgary-Based Position

Canada’s Aviation Hall of Fame (CAHF) is seeking a Volunteer and Community Outreach Coordinator to support on-site outreach, education programs, and activities that promote the Hall’s mission. This role will help coordinate events, develop partnerships, and engage volunteers to strengthen CAHF’s presence and community connections across Canada. Reporting directly to the Board Chair, with the support of a national board of directors, this position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable working hands-on in community settings and public events.

Aviation Collections and Community Coordinator

Part Time or Full Time (To be confirmed), Calgary-Based Position

The Aviation Collections and Community Coordinator will support the care, organization and growth of the Hall’s collections while also helping build strong community connections. This role works closely with the Historian, the Board Chair, volunteers and the professional team. It supports the Board, Induction Ceremony Gala Team and Nomination Review Committee (NRC) by gathering information, research and preparing files while maintaining community relations.  The ideal candidate cares about history, enjoys working with people and understands how collections and outreach strengthen our mission.
