National Board AGM NoticeThe Annual General Meeting of the National Board of Directors will take place on June 4, 2020 at 10am MDT.
With current restrictions on gatherings we have decided to host this as a virtual meeting through Go To Meeting.
If you are a confirmed friend of the Hall in good standing please email firstname.lastname@example.org for coordinates to attend the meeting.
Museum UpdatesReynolds-Alberta Museum - the home of Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame - is closed, effective March 17, 2020.
Dear Members, Friends of the Hall and Sponsors,
On behalf of Canada’s Aviation Hall of Fame (CAHF), its Directors, Management and Volunteers we do hope this message finds you well and safe during this unprecedented time that Covid 19 has brought to Canada and the entire world.
Consequently, it will not come as a surprise to you that we are postponing this year’s Induction dinner and ceremony out of respect to the health and safety of everyone involved. We would like to thank all those who have contributed and supported the 2020 event and let you know that once there is a clear path, as defined by our Government, we will be moving forward with revised plans.
I would also like to thank Sunwest Aviation of Calgary, our host and all the vendors responsible for making the event happen in providing considered options for as soon as late September. Obviously, no one can make short term plans today. When the time is right, the Board with the Management and Operations team at CAHF will be exploring all available options and soliciting advice from Friends of the Hall and the Aerospace community before we select a new date.
We will keep you advised of our progress through updates posted on our social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter - and on our website.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.
On behalf of the CAHF Board, its Management and Operations team stay safe and healthy.
