Canada’s Aviation Hall of Fame is committed to sharing the stories of aviation in a way that is accessible, engaging, and meaningful for all ages. Through education, we bring history to life. We connect students, educators, and communities with the people, innovations, and moments that have shaped aviation in Canada.
Our Role
Education is a core part of our mission. We do more than preserve stories. We actively share them through programs, partnerships, and outreach across Canada. Working with schools, universities, polytechnics, museums, airports, and industry partners, we help make aviation history relevant and accessible. This approach aligns with the Education and Engagement Sub-Committee’s mandate to advise on educational programs, outreach, partnerships, and public engagement. Our goal is simple. To spark curiosity, build understanding, and inspire the next generation of leaders in aviation and aerospace.
How We Deliver Impact
Our education efforts are guided by a dedicated Education and Engagement Sub-Committee that helps support growth, quality, and long-term impact.
This work includes:
Developing educational content and learning resources
Supporting youth engagement and public outreach
Building partnerships with schools, post-secondary institutions, museums, airports, and aviation organizations
Exploring new ways to share stories through digital and in-person experiences
Supporting grants, sponsorships, and funding proposals that strengthen educational impact
