As a seasoned aviation professional with over thirty years of diverse aviation experience, Lisa’s passionate about supporting the growth of the industry while honoring its pioneers.
With an educational background in Human Resources the focus of the last twenty years have been Pilot Training, Recruitment , Human Factors, Contract Negotiations and Community Networking.
Currently the Regional Sales Manager for Canada at FlightSafety International , Lisa has also has sat on the CBAA Board of Directors for six consecutive years, that last two, as Chair of the Human Resources Committee.
Lisa is a hands-on professional who has serves as an advocate for the industry’s professionals and is trusted to speak on their behalf to resolve issues and accomplish desired results.
Her demonstrated strengths in organization, networking, communications and program development continue to serve the Canadian Aviation Community.
As a Board Member of Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame, Lisa’s hope is to bring that experience to the table to ensure that the achievements of Canadian Aviation Professionals are recognized and celebrated, honoring the pioneers and innovators who have made significant contributions to the industry.
